The HDQLINE Team is pleased to announce the DCS+ release of version 1.307. The work for this major release focused mainly on adding new features as well as fixing some recently reported issues.
Requires a monitor firmware minimum v1.300x or later.
New Features:
- User level management for the DCS+ software – several monitor functions (presets save/delete, EOTF selection, white point adjustment) can be locked and protected from unauthorized or unwanted changes.
- DCS+ Waveform feature: Shows a detailed waveform with code values of currently selected video line
- CCT white point presets for color calibration
- New Color-Matching-Function for color calibration
Bugfixes:
- CCT calculation (CIE1931)
- Monitor name issue with german special characters
- Brightness settings got lost during EOTF curve editing
